忘れられない: Penang again -

I went to Penang right after my CPA exam. My exam was ... *speechless*. I met my university friend where she patted me after the exam. I was so excited to see her again but she told me she thought she could get distinction in her previous exam but mana tau, she only got a pass. There goes my confidence in passing this paper. I don't know what's the outcome, let's hope it will be a PASS *Finger crossed*

My exam ended around 12pm and I immediately head home to have my lunch and pack all my stuff like in less than 10 minutes then leave to Penang around 2 something.

Every year I have to go to Penang at least once mainly because my brother is working in Penang. We decided to go for Penang because he's leaving Msia for his work while my parents wanted more opportunity to see him more.

Ah Ben will be my company in the 4 hours road trip!

Since we had been in Penang nearly every year and we had stayed all kinds of hotel
This time we chose to stay at a hotel just opposite Intel at Bayan Lepas wtf..
That red bridge built is built by Intel and they are dam proud of it

Because we are not staying Batu Ferringhi
Brother managed to book a 2 rooms apartment hotel
Sorry for my tired eyes, have been studying non-stop for 1 week

After dinner at my bro's favourite hokkien mee, we went to Clarke Quay, a new shopping centre of Penang. Is Penang trying to compete shopping center with KL?

So that's end of Day 1 and we head back to Hotel and tidur!

Day 2, we went to an old style dim sum restaurant!

The Dim Sum here is not as good as KL. Shrimps are not that fresh but it's way cheaper than KL
It's around RM50 for 5 people!

Since we are around the town, we went to have the famous cendol
But I don't eat cendol..
But why am I there?

My job is to distract dad from eating cendol

Then we went to Kek Lok Si
Don't understand why I have to be here every single time..

My dad once worked in Penang for few years, so he knows there is "Durian Hill" nearby and hunted for durian stalls

I HATE DURIAN!!! WHY DO THEY WANT TO DO THAT TO ME???

Hard Rock Hotel!
I wanted to buy a shirt there but it was expensive and the design wasn't nice at all

They have a lot of Beatles there
But I grew up under the influence of Elvis Presley

After heading to Batu Feringhi, we went to Queensbay Mall instead of Avenue One because I wanted to shop Forever 21 in Queensbay Mall! I managed to buy some cheap earrings. The earrings there are way cheaper in KL because nobody buys them.

Then it's SEAfood time! I love CRABS but after I went to Sandakan, there's no seafood that can compete with Sandakan seafood freshness
I want to go back to Sandakan for seafood trip!
Anybody interested? LOL

After dinner, we are dead tired...
